Visitor PromotionThe event will be promoted directly into schools and the person responsible for careers will be contacted. Schools will be kept up to date as the event develops via email and printed newsletters offering them the chance to visit and take advantage of the travel funding.
Colleges and other community groups will be sent information including posters, postcards and email newsletters.
General marketing and promotion will be undertaken together with specific marketing with key partners to pre-promote the event to the general target audience.
A PR campaign will include news stories and updates to local media including newspaper and radio.
